• We delivers free for all orders across India

• All orders are shipped out in 2-4 business days after being accepted. Public holidays and weekends are not considered business days.

• Depending on the destination city, delivery may take 1-4 business days after dispatch.

• The registered email address  receive the dispatch information with the tracking number.

 

DELIVERY TIME

• Delivery times can range from three to five business days. The high level of rush may cause a delay. We truly regret for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work hard to deliver your item on time.

At pmetromart.in, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully.

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
  • The return request is made within 2-3 days from the date of delivery.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email us at support@pmetromart.in  with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Pickup – Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or request you to ship the item back.
  3. Return the Product – Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Inspection & Refund – After receiving the item, we will inspect it and process the refund if eligible.

Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 days after inspection.
  • If paid via Credit/Debit Card or UPI, the refund may take 5-7 business days.
  • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

 

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Items are returned without original packaging or with missing accessories.
  • The return request is made after the eligible return period.

 

Exchange Policy:

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

You can request an order cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.

 

To cancel your order, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@pmetromart.in with your order details.
  2. Confirmation: If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process your request and confirm via email or SMS.
  3. Refund Processing: If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Payment failure or incomplete transactions
  • Unavailability of the product or stock issues
  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions
  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
