PMetroMart provides free shipping on all orders across India.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 6–10 business days after order acceptance.
Business days do not include public holidays and weekends.
Depending on the destination city, delivery may take 12–20 business days after dispatch.
Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared on the registered email address.
⏱DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time may range between 12–20 business days after dispatch, depending on product availability and location.
Due to high order volume, festive seasons, or logistical issues, delivery delays may occur.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

🌍 Duties, Taxes & Shipping Terms (DDU / DDP)
Some products are shipped via international.
In such cases, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges may apply.
Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the buyer fails to pay applicable customs charges:
The shipment may be delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities.
No refund will be applicable in such cases.
At pmetromart.in, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully.
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
- The return request is made within 24 Hrs from the date of delivery.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us – Email us at support@pmetromart.in with your order details and reason for return.
- Approval & Pickup – Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or request you to ship the item back.
- Return the Product – Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspection & Refund – After receiving the item, we will inspect it and process the refund if eligible.
Non-Returnable & No Exchange:-
At pmetromart.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Return & No Exchange policy.
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Personal Care & Hygiene Products
- Clearance, Sale, or Discounted Items
- Electronics & Accessories (if packaging is opened)
RTO (Return to Origin):-
RTO occurs when a shipment is returned to us without delivery due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address.
- Unavailability of the customer at delivery time.
- Refusal to accept the package.
RTO Charges (Return to Origin):
For prepaid orders, if a return is initiated, a return shipping charge of ₹140 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 days after inspection.
- If paid via Credit/Debit Card or UPI, the refund may take 5-7 business days.
- If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
- Items are returned without original packaging or with missing accessories.
- The return request is made after the eligible return period.
Exchange Policy:
- If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
You can request an order cancellation under the following conditions:
- Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
To cancel your order, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email support@pmetromart.in with your order details.
- Confirmation: If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process your request and confirm via email or SMS.
- Refund Processing: If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
Auto-Cancellation by pmetromart.in:
We reserve the right to cancel orders in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Payment failure or incomplete transactions
- Unavailability of the product or stock issues
- Errors in pricing or product descriptions
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
